Many people suffer from some types of allergy, an immune response of the body to substances it is hypersensitive to. Symptoms may include sneezing, coughing, watering eyes, difficulty breathing, nausea, cramps, and, if severe, vomiting. A great number of these allergies are triggered by pollen, or a microscopic and usually yellow grain in the male part of plants that are transferred by the wind, insects, or other animals to fertilize the female parts of other plants.

Pollen released by grasses, weeds, and trees throughout most of the year (i.e. all seasons except Winter) could cause respiratory issues once inhaled. The most common ailment is allergic rhinitis or hay fever, the inflammation of the nasal mucous membrane that could bring about sneezing, coughing, itchiness in the throat and nose, dark circles under the red-rimmed eyes. Some people react to specific types of pollen (Tree pollens in the Spring, weed and grass pollens in the Summer, or fungal spores in the Fall) while others are affected by it in general. Should your allergy symptoms surface year-round though, it is more than likely that you are allergic to other minute particles such as dust, animal fur, or mold.

The general environment where one lives in also plays a crucial part in one’s exposure to pollen allergens. People who reside in areas with minimal plant life may suddenly suffer a pollen allergy attack when they enter a park, a forest, a meadow, a public garden, or even a friend’s backyard. Some even have an onset when they just step outside their homes.

I’ve learned through the years that some immediate remedies to pollen allergens begin with taking an over the counter antihistamine pill or a prescription decongestant nasal spray. Preferably a non-drowsy one should you be planning to do tasks such as drive your car or operate heavy machinery. A few natural remedies I’ve discovered as well are to take apple cider vinegar, honey, peppermint tea or butterbur. Cutting down on your sugar intake may also minimize the effects of pollen on one’s system. A few folks have also recommended taking a hot shower then inhaling the steam that accumulates in the bathroom before stepping out.

If you suffer from seasonal allergies, it would be best to initially visit your doctor and find out what exactly in nature sets off your symptoms. Identifying your particular allergen, specifically if it is pollens, would help you become aware of the places that could bring about a sneezing or coughing fit. You could alter your route from Point A to Point B with this knowledge, or at least prepare yourself with a remedy before passing through these sections.

Allergies to pollen are not yet curable, but are currently manageable. It would be ideal to stay indoors with the windows and doors locked as often as possible to prevent an attack, but understanding this free-floating matter and finding ways to minimize or avert severe reactions to it allows people to go about their daily lives in their community.

Myself I just can’t believe BP or any company is allowed to just blatanly mess up our planet like this.

But truth be said there are catastrophical actions against our planet taking place every second. BP is only one of the perpertrators. What’s going on in the Amazon is just as bad. Forests being burned and destroyed for cattle ranching or planting some other crop that nobody really needs.

It’s no wonder more people are sinking into depression and anxiety. It’s all related indirectly to what we are doing to our planet. We NEED a HEALTHY planet to be healthy ourselves.

We depend on the planet for our existence. We fuck up the planet, we will be fucked. Now don’t get me wrong I hate to be a prohpet of doom because in all truth I’m a optimist. I’m the kind that believes in a positive outcome. But I also know about cause and effect. So it’s just time that we all woke up from our slumbering.

We can’t depend on them or they to take care of it. Who is them and they any way? We are the people. At least those of us living in a democratic society can make decisions. I for myself don’t require anyone to tell me what is good for me. I don’t depend on the government to take care of my health. I know I’m responsible. I don’t buy into what they tell me. I know for example that eating raw unprocessed food is best for me. I know that moving my body keeps me fit.  I don’t need their health insurance. And I certainly don’t need BP.

Okay forgive me I went off on a tangent there for a second. But that’s exactly what happens when everyone thinks they will take care of the planet and of us. They won’t.

Now you may be thinking I’m some weird freak living in a cave. Uh no, I’m writing this from my laptop connected to the fantabulous internet. I love technical progress. But I do believe we can live in harmony with our planet. I also love to drive a car.  A good set of wheels is freedom. But hey if my wheels mean that mess in the ocean well then I’d rather stay where I am.

As far as I’m concerned we have no right to destroy other life just for our advantage. Other life exists for it’s own right.  I mean we have brains – surely we can conclude that what is happening is wicked. Jees even I who don’t really believe in anything except cause and effect can recognise that we’re on the road to no where. Remember that great song from talking heads in the 80’s? We’re on the road to no where.

This post is short and sweet.

I’ve always maintained that we as people are the ones that make decisions about our health. If we would just take a moment and think for ourselves the population would be so much healthier. But alas we are fooled into believing that the governmnet and coporations know what is best for us. They don’t care – they just want to have their lives going as smoothly as possible.

And seriously if you look at those people they aren’t exactly the picture of health in my eyes. There is no way I’m taking their advice – it’s like taking financial advice from some body that can’t rub 2 cents together.

So I thought it would be appropiate for me to post this video from Judge Napolitano who calls a spade a spade.

Now you know why I NEVER watch the news. Does the above information affect my life? Yes if I pay attention to it. No if  I FOCUS on what I desire in my life.

Okay so tell me I’m ignorant I simply have to know what’s going on to be informed and come across as an educated person that the tribe wants to do business with. Well I don’t belong to the tribe and they can do business amongst themselves thank you. Yeah I don’t even watch TV. Okay so that’s a lie. I do watch TV, but I choose very carefully. Non of that mindless sitcom, violent movies and the news. I stay focused on what I desire all the time and I find that if I watch trash I get trash! The power of what the mind exudes is still not quite analysed by the scientists yet. But it is now a fact that our thoughts send out waves just like the broadcast station. So it makes sense that what we watch affects us.

So are you going to fill your mind with more news that will get you no where?

Deforestation (my blues) is a terrible crime against the planet but the more I focus on getting rich I’m able to put my money where my mouth is and help organisations that I approove of. I’m in a position to give money which is what systems require to educate the public. But by just watching the news all I’ll see is more land laid bare, see more stories of the poor people and the animals that have no where to go. Those impressions make me sad and depressed and I don’t get to help the forest, the people or the animals. The only thing I’ve done is given the TV station another viewer. Another viewer means the TV station has another stastitic for the media buyers that place commercials. You get the drift now of how this works?

I’ll tell you something else one of my businesses is making movies. How’s that? Even more reason I should be watching the TV and the movies I’ve been told so I can see what my competition is up to! I don’t care for competition. The only thing I compete against is myself. I choose the producers I work with, I choose the kind of movie and commercials I desire to be involved with. And I’m doing just splendidly but if I watch all the negative stuff I’ll be led to believe that I must be happy to get any job, because the media and every body that pays attention to the media will tell you, work is hard to come by.

So what are you watching?

Are you sitting with your family infront of the TV watching senseless violent movies and stupid sitcoms that reinforce its okay to be stuck in a rut? Do you and yours talk about what you are watching? Is your child left to work everything out on his/her own? At least talk about what you are watching. The media is made up of hype and the news channels thrive on getting it delivered to the public as quickly as possible. Movies and commercials are thought up by other people’s minds – often only with profit in mind. Violent movies are top box revenue collectors. The more individuals that enjoy that kind of entertainment the more those kind of movies will be produced. And yes violent movies do perpertrate feelings of fear and anguish. Lets face it we get involved in the movies we watch. That’s what entertainment is about – letting go and getting engrossed.

In England a couple of years ago 2 boys aged 10 and 11 walked into a shop, abducted a 3 year old boy and tortured him to death. In the court case that followed it was revealed that they had watched “Chucky”. Chucky is one of those real dumb and violent movies about a doll with a murderous heart that comes to life. Now that goes to show the power of movies on young minds.

And need I say anything about violent computer games?

If you’re any thing like me you might want to know how valentines day came into being. Now you should know by now I’m not a religious person or particularly romantic either. I spend most of my time figuring out how and why we as a human race do the strange things we do. You don’t see animals getting all soppy on valentines day. They are always comfortable being who they are. Which is not what I can say for a lot of humans.

Okay so there are varying opinions as to the origin of St. Valentines Day.
One thing is for sure Valentine’s Day began in the Roman Empire days. In ancient Rome, February 14th was a holiday to celebrate Juno. Those old Romans considered Juno to be the über Queen of their current Gods and Godesses, besides she was also the Godess of women and marriage. The day after, being the 15th February, the Feast of Lupercalia began.

In those days the lives of young boys and girls were kept totally separate. But on the eve of Lupercalia the names of the girls were written on slips of paper and placed in jars. Each young dude would pull a girls name from the jar. The girl whose name was drawn would be his partner for the duration of the fesitival. Sometimes the pairing would last for a year, occasionally the two would fall in love and marry at a later stage.

Whilst Emperor Cladius II was ruling Rome was often involved in bloody wars. Claudius was not popular and was having difficulty recruiting soldiers for his military campaigns. He believed the men were weak willed because of their attachments to their sweet hearts and families. As a result he banned people from getting married or engaged. At that time St Valentine was a priest in Rome. He and St Marius would secretly marry Christian couples. When Claudius discovered this he had St Valentine bought before him and sentenced him to a cruel death by clubbing and then having him beheaded. That must have been round about the year 270AD and the date was February the 14th.

The pastors of the early Christian church wanted to do away with all the pagan festivitities of that time. So the feast of Lupercalia was exchanged for feast of St Valentines day by Pope Gelasius in 496 AD. It appears that men choosing maidens for valentines , or saints as patrons arose in this way.

When it comes to online marketing, the advice you receive can be skewed and potentially damaging to your business, especially when it comes to employing shortcuts like Private Label Rights (PLR) content. There’s nothing wrong with finding and using tactics to lighten your workload or offer you a shortcut to success, but you need to know the truth about how PLR can benefit your business before you start downloading and posting this kind of content all over the World Wide Web.

It’s true that PLR helps many marketers afford the luxury of better writing at a deeply discounted price. For example, I charged my top guru ghostwriting clients $30 per page, yet anyone can go to my PLR Mini Mart and buy the same top quality content for only $1 per page.

But the truth is – it’s not quite as valuable as specific ghostwritten work. That doesn’t mean it’s worthless, either. Of course, it’s always best to have content that is 100% unique – solely because it sets you apart from the rest of the niche marketers. Its discounted value reflects the only one drawback to using PLR, and that is that other marketers will have the opportunity to use the exact same content on their sites, too.

So how can you still reap the rewards of using PLR? Consider how easy it would be for you to redo a sentence in your private label rights article and then make changes.

See how easy that was? You simply swap around the wording and think to yourself, “how ELSE can I say that same thing?” Make it a game if you like. As you practice, you’ll get better (and faster) at it.

I then instruct my PLR customers to try to add a unique introduction to the piece, or at least alter the one I have provided slightly. A rule of thumb is to try to change at least 30% of the article to give it a unique perspective in the search engines.

Here’s a little known truth about PLR when it comes to duplicate content – Google will only consider it a duplicate if you have it more than once on your own website, which means you’re not penalized for using PLR as is without changes as long as you only have it once on your domain.

PLR works very well for autoresponder emails and you don’t even have to seek out autoresponder PLR, either. Just look for articles in your niche and then give it a greeting and a closing message and queue it up in your autoresponder system!

Private Label Rights have gotten a bad rap due to too many unethical marketers churning out shoddy content, but the truth is, you can find amazing PLR that will fit your budget and help you generate traffic to your website with very little effort on your part.

Are you into chocolate? I sure am. I just love it and I eat a lot of it. I’ll admit though that the chocolate I munch on is true chocolate ie it hasn’t been processed by commercial chocolate manufacturers. It’s the raw kind.

Health fundis have been discussing the pros and cons of  whether one should be  eating chocolate or not – even the raw unprocessed kind. For all the pros it has there are also lots of cons. 2. Plateau
   Even though you think nothing is happening just because this stage is called a plateau there is a lot going on. The breathing and heart rate are speeding up. Blood is congesting in the genital area, waiting to blow. This should be happening for both parties. If not go back to stage 1.
3. Orgasm
   Now here is where men and women differ. Men have a point of no return. This means the man cannot be stopped. He is going to cum even if his mother walks into the room. Once upon a time I worked for a boss. Generally I loved my job but I hated the hours and the pay. I always felt like I could be doing more with my time. I was grateful to be able to pay the rent but still I just knew that I didn’t come into this world to spend my days in a darkroom or in an office. (I’m a commercial artist by trade.)Then I got lucky and worked as a freelancer in the movie industry. I was involved in many commercials. But one day I found myself as a single parent of twin girls and knew that I needed to change my life style…

Working from home is indeed a courageous act especially if you’re a mom. Not that I think moms should leave home for a lousy salary, thereby leaving your darlings to be raised by some one else who you don’t really know and, oh my god, maybe they teach them stuff which just doesn’t agree with your principles. No, no, no. But in all reality I know that a job is a job and you need the money.

The thing is you really need to get your shit together to work from home because:

• Lots of distractions like:
  1. Dirty kitchen
  2. Kids fighting
  3. kids wanting to ask you something, especially when you’re on the phone.  As they get older they want to know who you are talking to.
  4. Friends inviting you to have a drink with them. They do not understand that you are working like in a real job.
  5. The internet-yip no mindless surfing
  6. Same goes for the TV – no quick watching of a morning show – well you could but it’s easy to watch another and another and before you know it the day is gone.
• Have to pay your own medical insurance
• Have to keep your books and tax stuff in order
• No fixed salary
• Takes determination and hard work
• Must be able to work independantly and kick your own bum
• Have to make a plan to learn new things because no company is sending you to seminars.

I’ve been working from home for a couple of years now. There were times when I thought I would just chuck it and go get a 9 to 5 job again so I could feel secure about paying the rent.Now I think I’m unemployable. Seriously there is no way I can imagine myself being told what time I have to be at my job. I can get  up at 4 and do my thing. I can go shopping for my greens at 11 in the morning if I wish. I can listen to music I like whilst I work – I can have my cats around me.

And in case you’re wondering what work I do from home – it’s mainly internet related, I set up blogs for clients. But I will drop those clients soon because truthfully they can some times bug me too. My main income is from affiliate marketing.I didn’t just know how to do it – I learnt it by getting myself good information from a reliable source.
